Job Responsibilities :
- Continuously monitor the panel for any significant changes in operating parameters, alarms, etc., and take corrective action whenever a deviation is noticed.
- Maintain smooth plant operation by adhering to SOP’S and SOC’s.
- Check the process parameters as per schedule and monitor the usage of chemicals and utility.
- Monitor the trends of critical parameters to identify upcoming abnormalities and inform the shift in-charge (shift superintendent) for corrective actions.
- State the reasons for the discrepancies in OMPRO and the corrective actions taken.
- Ability to retrieve relevant, updated data and PT documentation from relevant locations such as ReIMS, Q, P drives.
- Follow the guidelines received from the shift superintendent (shift in-charge) through shift team meetings / OMPRO instructions to improve plant operations.
- Coordinate system shutdown and enable through panel operation and communication to the field.
- A document that writes down the key parameter changes, events, actions taken, and follow ups required in OL
Experience required:
- Engineering Graduate with 2 years experience.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in a process plant for BSC or Diploma holder. Disclosure to DCS operations is required.

- Interlock Bypass: Understanding of how to safely use interlock bypass procedures.
